Starts with uploading CCT-Estate program on clients document production server, where it gets to work behind the scene as client request document production, CCT-Estate program automatically generate AC-QR code encoded with the programed information and once the document is printed it securely uploads the information to client server/cloud with both meta-data and original scan of the original document.

Stage 2: Retrieval & Verification
Anytime anywhere worldwide when needed to authenticate and verify encoded document, the end-user will simply utilize CCT special iVerify application to scan the coded AC-QR document with instant online real-time results. Verification and Authentication are instant, with most updated changes if any.

Document Annotation
AC-QR is dynamic. Thus, the information is continuously updated and accessible in real time.
i.e. in case of adding annotation due to property foreclosure, AC-QR is updated and the information about the estate will be retrieved and verified real-time. Thus, any change to the status of the property can be checked, verified and traced on the spot without delay.
